第9本電子書，匯之繪：一字一圖洄古今
這本書就是這三年的學思歷程的心得收錄46張圖，整理成45篇短文，作為自己過去三年的學習紀錄！也感謝陳老師！書中內容可能還不完美，作為自己的心得。

林：414～雨林法則
針對Victor Huang & Greg Horowitt 在2012年出版的《硅谷生態圈：創新的雨林法則》一書，利用週末時間讀完。這本書雖然有些內容已經過時，但也讓我們一窺在2012時的「硅谷創新文化」的精神。在畫中我重新翻譯原文的七個雨林法則，讓他們更信達雅。
我很喜歡作者用 Serendipity 這個字來形容在熱帶雨林中的創新，是一種在混沌中的偶遇。就像徐志摩的詩寫的「偶然，一切都是偶然」。雨林中每個植物有他的本質與特色，就像我們生命中遇到的每個人來自不同種族文化與原生家庭，我們用包容的心態，不要輕視任一株小草，不要刻意的分出壁壘，如何在最低損失下給予別人信任，在能力可達的範圍下幫助別人。我們不求回報的互相幫助，才能建立信任。不要刻意，不要墨守成規，很多的偶然就可能變成奇蹟。
在任何生態圈，都有生存的競爭，但也不斷在競生，我們嘗試順其自然的發展。

世：413 ～修行利世
在11月份的明哲匯，主題是「容競利世」，於是我想研究「利世」的源頭與意義。
我找到在顏之推的《顏氏家訓》有這麼一段話。於是找出來研究。
這段文字，真的很棒，可供參考：
夫所以讀書學問，本欲開心明目，利於行耳。
世人讀書者，但能言之，不能行之，忠孝無聞，仁義不足；加以斷一條訟，不必得其理；宰千戶縣，不必理其民；問其造屋，不必知楣橫而梲豎也；問其為田，不必知稷早而黍遲也；吟嘯談謔，諷詠辭賦，事既優閒，材增迂誕，軍國經綸，略無施用：故為武人俗吏所共嗤詆，良由是乎！
「古之學者為己，以補不足也；今之學者為人，但能說之也。古之學者為人，行道以利世也；今之學者為己，修身以求進也。夫學者猶種樹也，春玩其華，秋登其實；講論文章，春華也，修身利行，秋實也。」（翻譯：古代求學的人是為彌補自身的不足，現在求學的人是為了誇誇其談；古代求學的人是為了造福社會，現在求學的人是為了修身求做官。學習就像種果樹一樣，春天可以賞玩它的花朵，秋天可以摘取它的果實。講論文章，這就好比賞玩春花；修身利行，這就好比摘取秋果。）
「孔子云：『五十以學易，可以無大過矣。』魏武、袁遺，老而彌篤，此皆少學而至老不倦也。曾子七十乃學，名聞天下；荀卿五十，始來遊學，猶為碩儒；公孫弘四十餘，方讀春秋，以此遂登丞相；朱雲亦四十，始學易、論語；皇甫謐二十，始受孝經、論語：皆終成大儒，此並早迷而晚寤也。世人婚冠未學，便稱遲暮，因循面牆，亦為愚耳。幼而學者，如日出之光，老而學者，如秉燭夜行，猶賢乎瞑目而無見者也。」
雨：412 ～創新的雨林法則
呼應這個月明哲匯的「競融（容）利世」，我喜歡用「容」，包容的容。
在創新的雨林中，存在很多不同的個體與群體，彼此競爭與合作。當然有些成長茁壯的大企業，就會不斷的併購新創或競爭對手，逐漸形成不同的陣營。
不同的國家或企業集團，會有各自的利益考量，就會形成溝通的代溝。每個人都自以為是最優越的，也希望對手順從自己，為了市場或資源利益，就會產生衝突。也不惜製造貿易或技術輸出的壁壘。幾個國家或企業，就形成聯盟，互相對抗。
我是王道，但對方是霸道，怎麼辦？第一，看長期而不看短期。以更宏觀與長遠的視野，想想不同世代與不同領域的人。世界不是只有兩個國家，還有將近200個主體，他們也是值得尊重的個體。我們要看永續發展，不只是有當下。第二，換位思考，別人的立場在想：「自稱王道的人想要融合我，我才是正義的一方，我一定要對抗？」。第三，應以萬物蒼生為念，效法水的精神而不爭。
包容是最好的解方，超越善惡/對錯/王霸/東西等「二元對立」，包容與尊重更多元的小我，以「興天下大利」為共同的理想，不要互相指責，彼此各退一步，互相包容體諒，尊重彼此的夢想，共同為天下數十億人口著想。

會：408～看極光會老莊
到北歐看極光，其實極光偶遇老莊！
老子紫氣東來，是極光大爆發。也代表極光帶來智慧哲人。
莊子的逍遙遊，是透過極光，鯤化成為鵬，豈不是極光在北冥的夢幻變化？
莊子的夢蝴蝶，蝴蝶幻化成人，用極光的變化，沒有再棒的解釋了。
極光大象無形，唯有透過相機，才可以將虛幻的雲影，具體的呈現出五彩繽紛！
極光爆發五彩繽紛後，天空變為混濁，需要透過沉澱寧靜，才能慢慢讓天空變清澈。
極光不會就此苟安的，極光再從地平線上迸出向穹頂移動，才能慢慢讓燦爛再新生。
極光爆發有沒有聲音？相信也好，不信也罷。極光就是天籟，玄之又玄，眾妙之門！
Go to Northern Europe to see the aurora, and actually encounter the aurora with Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi, who are both the philosophers in ancient China !
When someone saw Laozi when purple energy comes from the east, which is a great explosion of aurora. It also represents the aurora bringing wise philosophers.
Zhuangzi's leisurely journey is through the aurora, and the Kun transforms into a peng. Isn't it the dreamy transformation of the aurora in the North Ming Dynasty?
Zhuangzi's dream about butterflies, butterflies transform into humans, using the changes of the aurora, there is no better explanation.
The great aurora is invisible. Only through the camera can the illusory cloud shadows be concretely displayed in colorful colors!
After the aurora bursts into brilliant colors, the sky becomes turbid, and it takes calmness to slowly make the sky clear.
The aurora will not rest there. The aurora will burst out from the horizon and move towards the dome, only then can the brilliance be slowly reborn.
Do aurora explosions make any sound? Believe it or not. Aurora is the sound of nature, mysterious and mysterious, the door to all wonders!

籟：406 ～極光27天籟
When aurora emerges， there is nature sound that play the music and the formation of northern lights.
We visit the memory park of siliubas, who wrote the Song of Finland. He played the music that is human sound.
His memory park is designed like a wave of metals. The wind makes the earth sound.
Everything becomes so natural that is led by nature sound.
Nature sound is what Zhuang zi said Tian lai, and waht Lao zi said Wu Wei.
逍：407 ～極光28逍遙自在
影片內容包含：
1，踏入北極圈，親近極光最強的區域
2，來到現代的「北冥」，欣賞鯤化為鵬的美景
3，欣賞極光在天空中「逍遙遊」
4，皇冠極光傾瀉下來後，會出現很多雲彩變化，展現「莊周夢蝴蝶」的三部曲
5，極光肉眼看不清楚，要透過好的相機，才能看到多采多姿與線條，看極光要跟對人
6，看極光，五色令人目盲，追極光使人心發狂
7，追完極光，來到芬蘭的教堂靜心，欣賞另一種的光
8，來到西貝流士紀念公園，西貝流士譜出人籟，他的紀念公園做的是地籟，而他讓我體會到極光正是天籟
註：天籟，就是太陽風粒子在高空上與地球空氣分子碰撞造成極光，那是很奧秘的自然現象
I went to Northern Europe to see the aurora. It was a rare opportunity to go to Finland, Norway and Sweden to enjoy the aurora. It also reminded me of the writings of Laozi and Zhuangzi. Therefore, let’s put it together and make the aurora trip more than just appreciating the aurora.
Video content includes:
1. Step into the Arctic Circle and get close to the area with the strongest aurora
2. Come to the modern "Beiming" and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kun turning into Peng.
3. Enjoy the "Escape" of Aurora in the sky
4. After the Crown Aurora pours down, many cloud changes will appear, showing the trilogy of "Zhuang Zhou's Dream of Butterflies"
5. The aurora cannot be seen clearly with the naked eye. Only through a good camera can you see the colorful shapes and lines. To see the aurora, you need to follow the right person.
6. Looking at the aurora, the five colors can make one blind, chasing the aurora can make one’s heart go crazy.
7. After chasing the aurora, come to a Finnish church to meditate and appreciate another kind of light.
8. When I came to Sibelius Memorial Park, Sibelius composed the sounds of man, while his memorial park made sounds of earth, and he made me realize that the aurora is the sounds of nature.
Note: The sounds of nature are the aurora caused by solar wind particles colliding with earth air molecules at high altitudes. It is a very mysterious natural phenomenon.
